07:30pm – Welcome cocktail with live music
08:00pm – Dinner with live music
10:30pm – Dessert, coffee and digestif moment
12:00am – New Year’s toast with sparkling wine and raisins

00:15am – Option to purchase a wristband for access to the Gala (includes supper, open bar and party) at the reception desk, for €40 per person, subject to availability.

PAYMENT POLICY:
_ Payment 30% – Security deposit upon confirmation – Non-refundable.
_ Payment 70% – Due up to 15 days before the event date – In case of late payment, the booking will be considered cancelled, and the 30% initial deposit will be charged.
_ Payment 100% – Required for reservations made less than 15 days before the event date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
_ Cancellation up to 15 days before the event date – 30% penalty corresponding to the initial deposit.
_ Cancellation 14 days (inclusive) or less before cthe event date – 100% penalty.
